  : TV was fine
: No coffee although machine was there. Noisy and smokers outside window. No lid on the toilet seat, no towel rack in one room. Sticky floor in bathroom.

: The little bathroom is beautifully tiled in classic Manhattan black and white floor tiles, cream and black wall tiles. Restoration hardware tap handles at the sink. Nice shelves over the commode, places to put your stuff. The whole room is very clean, and I even peered into the corners of the closet. The bed was comfortable. With the AC on and the blinds closed, it was dark and quiet for an afternoon nap. Onsite parking very convenient. Authentic large Korean grocery store "Groceries and More" in the strip mall across the street, fascinating stuff, like walking into another country.
: The hotel advertises a coffee maker in the room, which was a factor in my decision to book here, as I desperately need my morning coffee and like to have it as I'm getting ready; I don't want to have to go out for it. No coffee. In the morning I went downstairs to inform the staff I had no coffee. I had two tea bags and two packets of Sanka, which the young woman at the desk told me was coffee. Um, no. Sanka is decaffeinated. "That's what we have," was the disinterested answer. If you advertise a coffeemaker in the room, Americans are going to assume you provide coffee. This was extremely aggravating to me, made worse by the unhelpful response.
